Membership and Billing

For questions about your membership, a renewal, a payment or a refund, email secretary@pbsusa.org. Please write from the email address you subscribed with, or mention it: that address is how we find your membership.

If your membership renews automatically, you can update your card or postal address, see your receipts and cancel at any time under Members, through Manage subscription on your account. Any membership payment made in the last 30 days can be refunded in full; see our Terms of Use.

Technical Help

If something on the website is not working, such as signing in, a page that will not open, or a members’ article you cannot read, email secretary@pbsusa.org. Please tell us which page you were on, what happened, and the device and browser you were using.

There is no password to remember: under Members, enter your email and we send you a sign-in code. If the code has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
